Ukraine: Regulatory Support for Renewable Heating and Cooling Policy

The project consists of two stages. The first stage includes analysis of state of the art and prospects for the development of renewable heating and cooling in Ukraine: potential, existing installations, planned projects, driving forces and barriers. Based on results of the analysis and taking into account successful experience of the EU countries, the second stage is aimed at elaboration of regulatory support recommendations for the sector in question in Ukraine.
